Job Description

Portfolio Group is seeking a highly experienced Payroll Bureau Director to join their team in Manchester or North Wales. This senior role will lead a team of payroll administrators, providing an accurate and timely payroll service to a large client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Managing a team of Payroll Administrators to produce a full end-to-end payroll service.
  2. Driving positive change to current processes, analysing as-is and driving a plan for the future of the Payroll function.
  3. Liaising with clients and providing a first-class Payroll service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and driving process improvements. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
