We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Ashurst Business Services Limited. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and improvement of our assurance programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in quality management, strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and extensive knowledge of quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Maintenance of Management System(s):
  1. Develop and maintain a QMS aligned with ISO 9001 standards and any other related standards in the same ISO family, liaising with appropriate stakeholders and supporting their work.
  2. Monitor management systems performance, conduct assessments, and manage quality documentation.
  3. Coordinate with internal and external audits, address non-conformities, and collaborate with departments to integrate quality practices.
  4. Establish policies, ensure legal compliance, and conduct impact assessments, review incidents, and ensure legislative or regulatory compliance, considering alignment with client requirements.
  5. Prepare for and oversee the renewal of certifications and accreditations in conjunction with the firm's risk exposure, client requirements, and future demands.

Continuous Improvement:
  1. Lead initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  2. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employees' understanding of quality standards, processes, and best practices.
  3. Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Leadership and Management:
  1. Provide guidance on quality management, set objectives, and support team development.
  2. Communicate performance metrics, represent the function in management meetings, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience.
