About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Training Administrator in Glasgow. As a key member of our Operations team, you will provide exceptional support to our training centre and staff office, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Respond to telephone calls, greet visitors, and manage the registration of learners for events.
- Administration: Manage the distribution and collection of security passes, maintain administrative tasks, and ensure a quality focus is reflected in the customer's experience.
- Helpdesk Service: Provide assistance to trainers, learners, and staff members, ensuring requirements are met and an exemplary level of customer service is consistently achieved.
- Facilities Management: Ensure the training centre and staff office facilities are clean, presentable, and well-maintained, working with external suppliers and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Aptitude in a customer-facing role
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
