Supported Living Deputy Manager Position

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional care for residents
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each resident
  • Motivate and lead a dedicated team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities, with a strong focus on person-centered care and support
  • Minimum level 3 in health and social care, demonstrating a solid foundation in relevant theories and practices
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration and decision-making
  • A compassionate and proactive approach, prioritizing resident safety and well-being
  • Flexibility to participate in the on-call roster, ensuring 24/7 coverage and support
