Job Title: Medical Staffing and Insourcing Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Staffing and Insourcing Team Leader to join our Radiology department at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support for the medical workforce, working closely with the Clinical Director, training scheme leads, and Service Manager to develop and implement new processes and procedures for rota management, recruitment, and insourcing.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Band 4 PAs in the department
  • Support the recruiting managers with HR admin processes related to recruitment
  • Work with the medical education clinical and admin teams to ensure new starters have the right level of educational supervision and training packages
  • Responsible for advertising and outcome offers made through TRAC
Requirements:
  • Educated to GCSE level with experience in administration
  • A willingness to undertake further training
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent word-processing and spreadsheet skills, including Microsoft word and excel
