Accounts Payable Processing

  • Perform credit or refund processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments to suppliers.
  • Process accounts payable reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.

Payment and Supplier Management

  • Process standard and ad-hoc payment processing activities, including credit notes and supplier financing.
  • Update supplier financing portals to ensure adherence to supplier agreements.

Audit and Internal Controls

  • Support internal and external audits, adhering to all documented procedures and controls.
  • Prepare reports on accounts payable data, KPIs, aged payables, and cash flow projections for the PTP Team Leader.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional with a strong understanding of the end-to-end process. Previous experience working with ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4 HANA, is highly desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills are essential for this role.
