Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Sunderland. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other stakeholders to provide personalized support and guidance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized education plans, working closely with lead teachers and students.
  • Monitor student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Support students with special needs to develop essential life skills and confidence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Special Education or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Autism Training or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with children with special needs.
