Job Title: Venture Capital Analyst

Global Counsel is seeking an experienced Venture Capital Analyst to join its Investor Services practice. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to provide high-quality insights and analysis on political, policy, and regulatory risks affecting their investments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research on political, policy, and regulatory developments affecting our clients' investments
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts within government, regulatory bodies, and industry associations
  • Provide timely and actionable insights to clients on potential risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality research and analysis
  • Support business development efforts, including drafting proposals and other marketing materials
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Proven experience in a related field, such as investment research, policy analysis, or regulatory affairs
  • Strong understanding of global markets and regulatory environments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
