We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Territory Sales Executive to join our team of skilled sales professionals.
Your primary responsibility will be to achieve the company's revenue target for new business in line with the company's strategy for customer size, type, and service mix.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop a 'personal prospect funnel' sufficient in size to fund both DPD and DPD Local new business targets as laid down in the company's strategic plan.
- Monitor performance of new customers to ensure they trade to an agreed profile. Agree and deliver action plans if variances occur.
- Successfully handover all new accounts to either the Customer Care Team or relevant CRM Account Manager by the end of the first eight weeks of trade.
- Identify and pursue regular trading opportunities on a daily and weekly basis.
- Champion the 'partnership process' wherever possible with any new prospects.
- Achieve productivity targets, including 12 brand new prospect visits each week.
- Achieve all portfolio product targets as laid down by the company.
- Obtain all the correct documentation required to process a credit facility to ISO standard.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- A career history that clearly evidences success within a sales or similar environment and a tenacious attitude and drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
