The Warehouse Supervisor role at Equals One Ltd is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our growing team in North Yorkshire.

We are looking for someone with excellent management skills, who can oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including stock ordering, receipt, and dispatch. You will work closely with our Warehouse Manager to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse and the timely delivery of goods to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing warehouse staff, appraisals, training, and reporting any concerns to the Warehouse Manager
  • Maintaining the logistic movement of stocks by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing procedures throughout transport and dispatch
  • Reconciliation of all stocks, including aged stocks, stock rotation, damaged stock, and the continual drive to reduce stock holding levels
  • Using your knowledge to help develop and improve appropriate warehouse management systems
  • Ensuring robust H&S procedures are in place & adhered to across the business

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus benefits, including a company pension scheme, employee discount, and free on-site parking. If you are a proactive and flexible individual with a positive approach to change, we would love to hear from you.
