**Sales and Export Administrator**

**Location**:Outskirts of Malton

**Contract**:Full time, Permanent contract

**Salary**:From £26,000 (Depending on experience)

**Responsibilities**:

- _Receive despatch paperwork from warehouse. _
- _Enter PO onto visual ERP system. _
- _Receiving customer PO and prepare for entry onto system. _
- _Inform operations/despatch of collections, quoting relevant consignment numbers. _
- _Booking customer deliveries _
- _Raise and send UK sales invoices. _
- _General administration _

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS office and excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
