The Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Merseyside and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our construction projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role comes with an estimated salary of £60,000 - 70,000 per annum.

Main Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Tender Enquiries: Issuing sub-contractor tender enquiries to ensure the best possible prices for our projects.">
  3. Sub-contractor Evaluation: Evaluating sub-contractor quotations to select the most suitable suppliers for our needs.">
  4. Meetings and Agreements: Convening and attending pre-contract meetings; preparing formal sub-contract agreements to safeguard our business interests.">
  5. Site Measurement and Valuation: Measuring building works undertaken; valuing and paying sub-contractor interim accounts accurately and on time.">
  6. Final Accounts and Reports: Agreeing sub-contractor final accounts; assisting in CVR reports and profit/loss statements to inform our future business decisions.">
  7. Client Variations and Applications: Preparing and submitting external applications for payment; agreeing client variations to maintain positive relationships with our clients.">

We require a skilled Quantity Surveyor with experience in construction and maintenance refurbishment projects.
