Building Surveying Professional Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join our Project & Programme Services team, responsible for delivering complex projects across various sectors. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in leading multi-disciplinary teams, developing project plans, and managing client relationships.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will require a strong technical surveying background, sound knowledge of building surveying professional services, and experience managing clients with a deep understanding of profitability, business development, and commercial awareness.
You will need to possess excellent leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills, with the ability to manage workloads and projects effectively. Strong communication and time management skills are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multi-disciplinary teams in delivering projects across various sectors.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
- Manage client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Mentor and train junior staff members, providing guidance on professional services and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with senior managers to drive business growth and develop new markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or a related field from a RICS-accredited institution.
- Chartered status highly desirable.
- At least 5 years of experience in building surveying, with a strong track record of delivering high-profile projects.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
