About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Account Manager to join our team in the Americas region. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer success strategies that drive revenue growth, retention, and expansion.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. You will work closely with our sales, engineering, and support teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute customer success plans that drive revenue growth, retention, and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular check-ins, project updates, and issue resolutions
  • Work closely with sales, engineering, and support teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for upsell/cross-sell to customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer projects and initiatives
  • Manage and prioritize multiple customer projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
  • Analyze customer data and provide insights to inform business decisions and improve customer engagement
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, projects, and outcomes

Requirements:



  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in cloud infrastructure or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, retention, and expansion through effective customer success strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers, sales, engineering, and support teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and ability to adapt to changing project requirements

What We Offer:


As a Cloud Infrastructure Account Manager at Canonical, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. You will also have access to professional development opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and a dynamic team culture that values innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.


Location: This role is based remotely in the Americas region, with opportunities for travel to meet colleagues and attend company events. We offer a remote work environment with twice-yearly team sprints in person, and a personal learning and development budget of $2,000 per year.
