Role Overview and Purpose
As an Internal Housekeeper at ABM, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout The Centre. This involves maintaining a planned and reactive management operations programme to ensure all areas are fully maintained and safe.
Key Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize lifts, wipe down external and internal stainless steel on lift doors and frames, and remove smudges from mirrors.
• Clean restrooms, showers, and empty trash, while sanitizing fixtures and cleaning mirrors.
• Set up, stock, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
• Assist team leaders and supervisors as needed to ensure optimal service to clients.
• Perform additional duties as required, within reason.
• Comply with monthly training sessions delivered by the supervisor or line manager as necessary.
Required Skills and Experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use initiative to identify and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Approachable and courteous manner.
• Desire to work in an adult services environment.
• Understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion in an active corporate building.
