Job Title: Internal Housekeeper

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Internal Housekeeper to join our team at The Centre in Livingston. As an Internal Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize lifts, wipe down external and internal stainless steel on lift doors and frames, and remove smudges from mirrors.
  • Clean restrooms, showers, and empty trash, as well as clean and sanitize fixtures, mirrors, and shower cubicle partition doors and walls.
  • Set up, stock, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
  • Assist team leaders and supervisors as needed to ensure optimum service to clients.
  • Perform additional duties as needed, within reason.
  • Comply with monthly training sessions delivered by the supervisor or line manager as necessary.

Requirements

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to use own initiative to identify and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Approachable and courteous manner.
  • Desire to work in an adult services environment.
  • Understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion in an active corporate building.
