About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Administrator to join our team at Pertemps Wolverhampton Commercial. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations of our business, working closely with our team to ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders and manage customer transactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Check and verify transport invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the accounts department to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Record and update changes on our system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration is essential, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Must have had customer contact in your current or recent role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Order processing experience is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Must be self-motivated and have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have previous experience using Microsoft Office, with a strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner, with excellent communication skills.
