Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Core Subject Tutor to join our team. As a Core Subject Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and support to young people with SEN and SEMH needs, helping them to overcome challenges and succeed in their academic journey.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt their teaching style to meet the individual needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach and support young people with SEN and SEMH needs in core subjects (Maths, English, Science)
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress
