Aerospace and defence manufacturer in North Devon is seeking an experienced NDT Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and testing products according to engineering technical drawings and specifications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Calibrate and operate inspection equipment, conduct tests and interpret results.
  • Supervise trainees and Level 1 personnel and provide guidance as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry codes, standards and specifications and apply them to testing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with quality acceptance standards and document results.
  • Collaborate with the NDT Team leader on audit findings and improvement proposals.

The estimated salary for this role is £48,750 per annum, based on average salaries in the UK for similar positions. Additionally, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package including private healthcare, pension contributions, flexible benefits scheme and career development opportunities.
