Commercial Account Growth Manager

Insure Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Account Growth Manager to join their team in Guildford, Surrey.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a commercial account executive to take their career to the next level. With extensive experience in commercial products and knowledge of the insurance industry, you will be responsible for managing and developing a book of commercial business.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as an executive or senior account handler and will possess excellent relationships with clients, insurers, underwriters, and colleagues.
Main Responsibilities- Revenue generation through effective relationship building and management;
You will be an innate relationship builder with strong communication skills, both by phone and face-to-face. Highly organised, you excel at time management and are rigorous at keeping on top of your admin.

What We OfferA highly competitive base salary (£45,000 - £60,000 DOE) plus uncapped quarterly commission incentive (up to 35% over threshold). Free parking on-site in Guildford.
