About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Head of Property Analytics to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of advanced property analytics capabilities that will enable us to continue to adapt to the sophisticated needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a team of analytics professionals to create and enhance our toolkits, calculators, and platforms to produce industry-leading insights.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and keep abreast of market developments.
  • Drive significant organizational change and lead a team who will be based across the globe.
  • Take part in marketing activities and campaigns, speak at conferences, and produce thought-leadership articles to promote Aon's reputation for excellence in Property Analytics.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in driving advanced property analytics capability within a brokerage or an insurance carrier.
  • Technical background in actuarial or catastrophe modeling, or well-reputed in the market for thought and technical leadership on analytical requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong industry networking skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent sales and marketing skills.
  • Strong team-working capabilities.
