About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Property Analytics team. As Global Head of Property Analytics, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of advanced property analytics capabilities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a vision for property analytics that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a global team of analytics professionals to create and enhance our toolkits, calculators, and platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and stay up-to-date on market developments.
  • Develop and deliver thought leadership articles, presentations, and other marketing materials to promote our expertise in property analytics.
  • Operate in accordance with our Risk Management Framework and compliance policies.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in driving advanced property analytics capability within a brokerage or insurance carrier.
  • Technical background in actuarial or catastrophe modeling, or strong reputation in the market for thought and technical leadership on analytical requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to demonstrate sound business and financial competence.
  • Strong industry networking skills and knowledge, with excellent sales and marketing skills.
  • Strong team-working capabilities and ability to lead and gain followership internally and with clients.
