Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fitness Instructor to join our team at The Grand Hotel Gosforth Park in Newcastle, United Kingdom.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering fitness classes, conducting gym inductions, and assisting members with their fitness programs. Additionally, they will help maintain high levels of cleanliness and assist guests and members with queries related to the leisure facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging fitness classes including HIIT, Boxerfit, stretch, and circuits
  • Conduct gym inductions for new members
  • Assist members with creating personalized fitness programs
  • Maintain a clean and organized gym environment
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and members
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Fitness Instructor or in a similar role is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Ability to train and develop others

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

The salary range takes into account the location, industry standards, and the level of experience required for the role.
