Job Summary

Boeing is seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional IT services and support to our software engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously improve IT services to align with industry best practices and Boeing enterprise standards.
  • Respond to events, requests, and incidents in management systems.
  • Analyze log files, systems, and network traffic to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Work to well-defined SLAs and KPIs to ensure high-quality IT services.
  • Support functional teams, including networking, and identify technical challenges and limitations within the networking estate.
  • Represent IT International as needed and provide comprehensive communications to key stakeholders.
  • Produce and update comprehensive documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements

  • VMWare experience.
  • Windows Server, Active Directory, WSUS, and Windows 10 expertise.
  • Desirable experience in Linux, automation tools, Private Key Infrastructure/Certificate Authority, Dell VXRail, VMware Horizon, VMware HCI, Exchange, Skype for Business, VMWare Unified Access Gateway, McAfee EPO/ENS, SharePoint 2016, Wyse Dell Thin Clients/WMS, Microsoft NPS, Dell RP4VM, Dell Networker, and Atlassian tools.
