Job Summary

The Ministry of Defence is seeking a Requirements Manager to support the delivery of the Defence Estates Optimisation programme, specifically the Defence Intelligence Consolidation project. This complex programme aims to lay down the long-term future of Defence Intelligence establishments, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the business-facing elements of major infrastructure delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects using the DIO Capital Projects Process and Command Infrastructure Delivery Plan
  • Coordinate and develop Business Cases and supporting documentation
  • Engage with partners to ensure project outputs are delivered
  • Undertake TSP Tender Evaluation and Moderation
  • Lead on programme and project governance

Requirements

  • DV clearance to be acquired within the first year of taking up post
  • Ability to build professional relationships and work collaboratively with partners and cross-functional project teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
