About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Sales Manager to join our team at Toyota. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our business customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts within your local market area, working towards supplying a full range of One Toyota products and services.
  • Proactively develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to identify, develop, and activate digital, physical, and experiential marketing activities.
  • Present professionally to customers in the way that suits them, utilizing the Fleet CRM and internal DMS systems to inform your conversations.
  • Ensure all customers have a cohesive, multi-channel, and personalized contact strategy.
Requirements
  • A full UK driving license.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and travel.
  • Good level of general education - at least GCSE English and Maths and ideally A-Levels or an equivalent qualification.
  • Professional, smart personal appearance, and high standards of verbal and written communication.
