This role requires a collaborative leader who can estimate customer vehicle requirements, translate them into sales bookings to meet performance metrics. You will oversee daily operations of the Bodyshop Team to ensure efficiency and productivity. Additionally, you will work closely with colleagues to address customer concerns and develop team skills.
Main Responsibilities- Convert customer estimates into sales bookings to meet business objectives.
- Supervise the Bodyshop Team's daily activities to optimize performance.
- Develop strategies to enhance Bodyshop operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with peers to resolve customer complaints and facilitate staff development.
- Process paint-related warranties and manage team training initiatives.
