Business Operations Manager

You will be responsible for managing our Business Support team to deliver high-quality proactive support to our clients. This includes administrative management, coordinating and managing office facilities, governance, compliance, and health and safety. This is an office-based and full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Business Support team to ensure effective delivery of services.
- Delegate tasks across the Business Support team to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and optimize Business Support processes and procedures to improve overall performance.
- Oversee facilities and office management to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Manage associate onboarding and administration to ensure a smooth transition for new team members.
- Proactively manage and maintain business infrastructure, including telecoms, to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Coordinate and manage external support specialists and advisors to ensure timely and effective support.
- Manage compliance, including GDPR and Cyber Security, across the business to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Undertake induction and new starter requirements, including paperwork and administration.
- Support the creation, development, and maintenance of professional proposals, reports, and presentations.
