Business Operations Manager

MP Jobs Ltd t/a MP Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Support Lead to join our team. As a Business Support Lead, you will be responsible for managing our small Business Support team to deliver high-quality proactive Business Support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Business Support team to ensure effective delivery of Business Support services.
- Appropriately delegate tasks across the Business Support team to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Proactively strive to develop and optimize Business Support processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee facilities and office management to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Oversee associate onboarding and administration to ensure a smooth transition for new team members.
- Proactively manage, maintain, and optimize business infrastructure, including telecoms, to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate and manage external support specialists/advisors to ensure timely and effective support.
- Manage compliance, including GDPR and Cyber Security, across the business/health and safety management to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Undertake induction/new starter requirements and appropriate paperwork/administration to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Provide support for any project/online portal submissions to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Coordinate company events and conferences to ensure successful execution.
- Point of contact for the offsite team, taking internal calls, assessing priorities, re-directing enquiries and requests as necessary.
- Minimum 3 years experience in an office management/business support lead role.
- Good team leadership/people management skills.
- Excellent/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computer software.
