**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their customers.
  • Coordinate and manage appointments for our surveyors, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Update and maintain our internal systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in customer service or administration.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

**What We Offer:**
