Job Summary:
Lennox Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Technician to deliver health surveillance services and conduct job-specific medicals at various UK sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform health surveillance services, including hearing tests, lung function tests, skin checks, and vision screening.
  • Conduct job-specific medicals, such as FLT driver medicals, and drug & alcohol screenings.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Occupational Health and possess excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with bespoke Occupational Health software are also essential. Additionally, a full clean driver's license and ability to drive mobile screening vans are required.

Salary and Benefits:
  • Estimated annual salary: £30,000 - £35,000.
  • Starting salary £27,800, increasing to £30,600 after 6 months.
  • Overnight expenses covered and £25 per day meal allowance.
  • Enrolment in the company's employee benefits scheme.
