About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Internal Audit to join our team at DAS. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Internal Audit Function, ensuring the adequacy and effectiveness of our processes and controls.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and implementing an audit plan to examine and evaluate our processes and controls
  • Submitting audit reports to the Board Audit Committee, including recommendations for improvement
  • Performing follow-up assessments on recommendations made in audit reports
  • Ensuring compliance with Global Internal Audit Standards and ARAG Group Internal Audit frameworks

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in a managerial role, preferably in internal audit or a related field
  • Knowledge of risk management and internal controls frameworks and approaches
  • Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a team
