Internal Audit Manager

Aviva is seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Manager to join our Financial Risk Internal Audit team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning and executing audits to provide high-quality assurance and insights over material financial risks facing Aviva.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with colleagues to plan and execute audits in line with the audit methodology.
- Support the transformation and continual improvement of the Internal Audit function.
- Professional qualification (e.g. audit, accountancy, compliance, insurance) or equivalent business experience.
- Technical skills / experience of working in an insurance company or relevant financial services function, audit/consultancy firm or UK regulator is preferred.
- Analytical skills / experience of identifying and appraising risks and controls, whether in a first, second- or third-line role.
- Salary – national: circa £60,000, London: circa £75,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
