Events Coordinator

As an Events and Meetings Coordinator at Accor, you'll be the driving force behind creating unforgettable experiences at our prestigious hotels. With a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail, you'll work closely with our teams to deliver exceptional client service and amazing events.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Reporting: Provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure seamless event execution.
- Comprehensive Operational Oversight: Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and budgeting to ensure successful outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure events meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordination and Optimization: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize event planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Culture and Development: Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the events team.
- Talent Management: Develop and lead a high-performing events team, providing coaching, training, and opportunities for growth.
