About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Advocacy Specialist to join our team at GoCardless. As a key member of our Customer Advocacy Team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing customers to share their stories with the world and participate in customer-led engagements.

Your primary focus will be on the Distribution of Customer Advocacy Content, Customer Advocacy Insights and Enablement, Customer Advocacy Measurement, and Tool Management. You will also have the opportunity to produce customer stories and meet customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience using a range of tech tools, including Looker, Salesforce, Gong, Figma, Confluence, Contentful, Eventbrite, and Google Workplace. While experience with these tools is desirable, training can be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with global internal stakeholders and customers to deliver high-quality customer advocacy content.
  • Maximise the value of content across multiple channels and develop creative solutions to drive engagement.
  • Own the tool set for the team and stay up-to-date with the latest tech expertise.
  • Measure impact through tracking KPIs, stakeholder feedback, and event outcomes.
  • Work with agencies on written and video content production and get involved in all aspects of Customer Advocacy.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a similar customer, marketing, or communications role, ideally with a background in B2B content or customer advocacy.
  • A 'customer first' attitude and the ability to develop strong working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, excellent attention to detail, analytical and organisational skills.
  • Experience in creating impactful, on-brand content, sometimes to tight deadlines.
  • Someone who is comfortable owning the tools of the team and the processes we use to deliver Distribution and Measurement outcomes.
