We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant Level 3 in our Secondary provision in Salford.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support for Pupils: Provide support for students in the school curriculum, participate in comprehensive assessment of students, assist the teacher with the development and implementation of Individual Education / Behaviour / Support / Intervention plans.
  • Support for Teachers: Liaise with schools and other relevant bodies to gather student information, work with other staff in planning, evaluating and adjusting learning activities as appropriate, assist in the development and implementation of appropriate behaviour management strategies.
  • Support for the Curriculum: Implement agreed learning activities/teaching programmes, participate in training and other learning activities as required, assist in the supervision, training and development of staff.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
