About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head of English Teacher to join our team at an Outstanding Mixed School in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English at Key Stages 3 and 4, and will work closely with the Head of Department to develop and implement effective curriculum plans.

What We Offer:


We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we provide ongoing professional development opportunities to support your career growth.


Requirements:



  • A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)
  • Experience of teaching English at Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
