School Office Administration Role
We are seeking a skilled School Administrator to join our team at Wetherby Pembridge Minors, a new nursery part of Wetherby Kensington School.
As a School Administrator, you will provide a range of administrative, front of house, and customer service-related responsibilities to the school and all visitors.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for current and prospective parents who contact the school.
- Support members of SLT and teaching staff with administrative tasks.
- Assist with maintaining and updating pupil and parent records on SIMS.
- Update the school database (SIMS/iSAMS) with timetable changes.
- Support Parents Evening events, maintaining the Parents Evening Booking system.
- Create contact sheets for updating parent contact details.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A confident and friendly personality.
- Working knowledge of SIMS and/or iSAMS.
- Willingness to engage in CPD.
- Excellent IT and written skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to take initiative.
