Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team at Virgin Media O2. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise in the installation and maintenance of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain our services to the highest standards, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Document processes and follow company standard procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

  • A UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points.
  • Comfortable working at heights and outside in all weathers.
  • Ability to build great relationships with customers.
  • Organised individual with a customer-focus, motivated to help others.
