About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Partner to join our Talent and Organisation Development team at Hillarys Blinds. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our learning and development strategy, contributing to the growth and development of our colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to Design and Delivery: Collaborate with our team to design and deliver engaging learning programs and workshops that meet the needs of our colleagues.
  • Training Needs Analysis: Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis across the business to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored training programs that empower our colleagues to reach their full potential.
  • Content Delivery: Deliver pre-designed learning content with confidence, adapting to varying levels of colleagues across the business.
  • Reporting, Analysis, and Administration: Manage the administrative side of learning and development, overseeing reporting and analysis, recording statistics, and ensuring the smooth operation of our learning management system.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in Learning and Development, with a proven track record of delivering successful training programs.
  • Qualified in six-sigma is desirable.
  • SDI, Insights, and/or Thomas International facilitator is desirable.
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Confident and comfortable presenting to various audiences.
  • Strong planning skills, effectively prioritizing tasks and managing time.
  • Demonstrate assertiveness with the ability to push back when necessary.
  • Comfortable using a learning management system.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Experience in developing an early careers learning program is desirable.
