Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Skills Development Specialist to join our team at OnlyFE. As a Learning and Skills Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our apprentices and employers through high-quality training and assessment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enroll new apprentices onto the apprenticeship program and ensure they receive the necessary support and guidance to achieve their goals.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews with apprentices and employers to monitor their progress and provide feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Liaise with our Technical Training Team to ensure that apprentices receive the best possible training and support.
  • Work with apprentices' mentors to understand their role in the learning journey and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure that all apprenticeship funding rules are followed and that KPIs are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and engage in business development activities to promote the apprenticeship program.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a caseload of apprentices and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to deliver an outstanding learning experience.
  • Good level of ICT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft 365 and OneFile.
  • Good eye for detail, with the ability to ensure that all apprenticeship funding rules are followed.
  • Hold CAVA/A1/D32 D33, V1/D34, AET/PTLLS or be willing to work towards.
  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence and own car.
