Purpose of the Role

This permanent position will be based in our Rowfant laboratory, near Crawley. The role is ideal for graduates or individuals with a similar level of education, looking to start their career with a worldwide business that offers excellent training and development opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

As a Lab Technician, you will be trained in maintaining a clean, safe working environment and undertaking all activities safely. You will also be involved in the effective and efficient running of the laboratory, undertaking quality control work on new deliveries of bitumen and blended batches, maintaining laboratory records, and assisting with quality procedures and other projects as required.

Ideal Candidate

This role requires applicants with a bachelor's degree in a science and some lab experience. However, we are flexible and willing to invest in the training and development of applicants with a degree or similar level of education in any discipline and with no previous experience. You will need to hold a UK driving licence as you will be required to occasionally use the company pool car to visit locations with a colleague and take samples.

Package Description
