Job Description:

"As a PIE Technician at NNL, you will play a vital role in developing the UK fuel cycle, leveraging your understanding of reactors to fuel the nation. Your technical skills will be crucial in virtually modelling reactor systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation. As old reactors reach the end of their lifespan, our expertise in metallography and virtual testing is key to informing the next generation of nuclear reactors."

Key Requirements:

"To succeed as a PIE Technician, you'll need strong technical skills in metallography, computational fluid dynamics, and reactor physics. Experience with virtual testing and simulation tools is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills."
