Project Facilities Manager

Join our team at Advanced Resource Managers and take on a challenging role as a Facilities Project Engineer. As a key member of our Facilities department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our global physical assets, including buildings, test tracks, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Facilities and Maintenance teams to manage day-to-day operations on a complex site.
- Support the delivery of new buildings, facility upgrades, and major maintenance projects.
- Assist the Project Manager in the administrative and execution phases of construction and maintenance projects.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, legislation, and internal procedures.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site construction work, recording data into infrastructure and facilities software.
- Develop skills in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and project management software.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facilities and processes.
- Develop and implement risk assessments and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in a construction-related or building services discipline (Preferred).
- HNC/HND in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical).
- A passion for advancing your career in Facilities Engineering within an automotive setting.
- Experience in CAD software and facilities work with infrastructure (beneficial but not essential).
- Experience in managing and designing construction projects is a plus.
- Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Full UK driving license and own transport.
