Job Title: Assistant Rent Accountant

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our dynamic Rent Accounting team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring that property information is accurately recorded to report rent performance to the Group and to provide finance support in completing external regulatory returns relating to rent and property stock.

This is a highly data driven role where you will be working with large volumes of data and liaising with a range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate recording of property information to report rent performance to the Group.
  • Provide finance support in completing external regulatory returns relating to rent and property stock.
  • Work with large volumes of data and liaise with a range of stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • AAT Level 3 or equivalent.
  • At least one year's experience of accounting in a large and complex organisation with substantial budgets.
  • Excellent ICT skills (for example cloud technologies, Excel and Word).
  • Experience of data analysis and reconciliation.
  • Experience of developing and managing an excellent customer driven service.
  • Experience of interpreting information, carrying out research, analysing complex data, appraising performance, and managing risk.
