Benefits Administrator

BNY is seeking a Benefits Administrator to join our People team in Manchester, UK. This 12-month fixed-term contract is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the development, implementation, and monitoring of assigned activities or processing areas.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Word and Excel is also required. As a Benefits Administrator, you will assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of assigned activity or processing area, providing proactive customer service to clients and ensuring an efficient, well-managed process from end-to-end.

- Serve as an escalation point for HR Contact Center, providing advice and support on issues that may be more complex or non-routine in nature.
