Regulatory Policy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Compliance Expert to join our team at Solventum. As a key member of our Global Trade Compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with customs laws and regulations across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the Trade Compliance program, including Inward Processing Relief (IPR) program for KCI Manufacturing Unlimited Company, Ireland and other similar Trade Compliance programs.
- Lead, optimize, manage and coordinate the IPR program according to current customs law and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain key compliance and efficiency performance indicators (KPIs) as well as SOP's, ICP and training material.
- Assist EMEA Trade Compliance control tower lead to assess country compliance and capabilities.
- Drive improvement through process optimization and project management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in Import-Export Compliance, specifically in filing IPR submissions to Irish Tax & Revenue or other EU-countries.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
- In-depth Trade Compliance experience in a private, government or military environment.
- Knowledge of regional trade regulations in various EMEA countries.
