Senior Process Safety Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Process Safety Consultant to join our team at E3 Recruitment. As a Senior Process Safety Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on process safety matters to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a focal point for hazard analysis exercises to support the delivery of safe designs for our clients.
  • Selection, preparation, delivery, and reporting of hazard analysis tools, including What If Study, HAZOP, and LOPA.
  • ATEX/DSEAR risk assessment, hazardous area classification, safe handling of combustible dusts, control of electrostatic hazards.
  • Involvement in bespoke process safety consultancy works, leading to the provision of stand-alone consultancy services as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Requirements:

  • Chartered Status and degree in a relevant discipline (Chemical Eng, Chemistry, etc.).
  • At least 10-15 years' experience working as a Process Safety Engineer.
  • Lead/Senior Process Safety Engineer or Process Safety Manager experience is highly desirable.
