Job Title: Registered General Nurse

Synergy Medical is seeking a skilled Registered General Nurse (RGN) to work regular shifts within Care Homes in the Ipswich area.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RGN to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering person-centered care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to professional standards and guidelines
  • Assess patient needs, develop, and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conduct regular patient reviews, updating care plans as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records

Requirements:
  • Right to Work in the UK
