Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of clinical staff, ensuring effective performance management and adherence to Brainkind policies and procedures.
  • Provide support, leadership, and supervision to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement care plans, ensuring the needs of service users are met and their rights are respected.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, adhering to legislation and policies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a clinical leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care.
  • Knowledge of current legislation and policies within the independent care sector.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with service users, families, and colleagues.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • NMC Registered Nurse with post-registration experience in the clinical field.
